Welcome! I am Shanin Curran, a multidisciplinary artist based in Sydney. My art practice is continually evolving as I explore various mediums and subject matter, drawing inspiration from the natural world and the aesthetic qualities of colour, shape, and form.
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Art Education from COFA, UNSW, and am deeply committed to my role as a high school Visual Arts teacher. Teaching is an integral part of my creative journey, allowing me to share my passion for art while fostering a dynamic environment where ideas and inspiration flow. It enhances my practice and provides a constant source of growth and fulfillment.
I live in the Camden area in South West Sydney with my husband and our two Dalmatians. The natural beauty and historic charm of the region continually inspire and shape my artistic journey.
